Patterns: the precise manufacturing of the patterns of wood, epoxide, resins or metal is realized at special pattern work shop

Cores: the cores are made on semi-automatic machines using the CO2 and HOT BOX process

 
 Machine moulding:

• automatic moulding lines 1000 x 300 x 250 / 250 mm
• automatic moulding lines 1600 x 1250 x 300 x / 300 mm
• weight of the casting – from 5 kg to 600 kg.< ?xml:namespace prefix = o />

Hand moulding for middle size and large sized castings with single weight up to 6 000 kg and maximum dimensions of the cast part: 5000 x 2400x 1500 mm

Melting:

Electric arc furnaces 2 x 5000 kg

Induction Furnaces 2 x 1500 kg

Cleaning: shot blasting machines

Heat treatment of the casting heat-treating chamber furnaces:

   - 1 furnace with dimensions of the working chamber 6 500 x 2 400 x 2 400 mm temperature up to 850º

   - 2 electric furnaces with dimensions of the working chamber 1000 x 1900 x 900 mm temperature up to 1000º

   - 1 electric furnace with dimensions of the working chamber 3000 x 2000 x 2000 mm temperature up to 1100º

   - oil hardening bath with the following dimensions 800 x 700 x 1200 mm
